Chính phủ Hungary cấp khoảng 100 học bổng cho công dân Việt Nam đi đào tạo tại nước này theo trình độ đại học, thạc sĩ, tiến sĩ và thực tập ngắn hạn. Trong đó 60 học bổng đại học về khoa học xã hội, kinh tế, công nghệ, nông nghiệp, nghệ thuật, y khoa; 10 học bổng chuyên gia thạc sĩ về luật và y khoa; 20 học bổng tiến sĩ về các ngành phía Việt Nam có nhu cầu đào tạo.
